Discover the Ichetucknee
Tucked into North Florida’s spring country, the Ichetucknee River is known for its see-through, crystal clear fresh water, shaded banks, natural springs, and easygoing river days.
Guests come here to tube, kayak, swim, boat, snorkel, scuba dive, fish, hike, swim with manatees, bird watch, and spend real time outside.
Our properties keep the river vibes going by being family-friendly, dog-friendly, group-friendly, and refreshingly low-key.
Spend your evenings grilling out, chasing fireflies, counting stars and making s'mores around the fire pit. We provide the perfect place to settle into the kind of trip that feels easy, memorable, and hard to leave.

Three Ways to Stay
Our three properties are a collection of riverfront stays in Ichetucknee River Estates made for family trips, group getaways, small celebrations, and long days on the water.
The River Experience

Your Private Perk: Keep Floating
Visitors tubing through Ichetucknee Springs State Park have to exit when the park float ends. However, our guests get access to stay in the water and continue floating down the river rapids, to the rope swing, and through our private neighborhood. Guests can exit at the dock of their rental home or at our gated, community park, tube exit or boat ramp.
Even better, each home is equipped with water toys. Depending on the home rented, that could include tubes, stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, a canoe, or a glass-bottom “manatee viewer” kayak.
Float all morning, paddle at golden hour, then end the day by the fire. Around here, the river is the main event.
